What is a 'rarepair'?

Excellent question, not so easy answer. There are lots of definitions of rarepairs, ranging from "I don't see a lot of content for it" to "entries for the ship tag are less than 5% of total entries for the fandom". We're not looking to revist math class here, so we'll keep it simple: Sakusa rarepairs are any ship (including polyam) that aren't a top 20 Haikyuu!! ship. So as much as we may love SakuAtsu, they don't qualify.

What is the purpose of this account?

We're hoping to increase the amount of content (fanfiction, fanart and otherwise) for Sakusa rarepairs! We'll do that by hosting an event of some kind — there'll be an interest check in the near future to let us know what you'd like!
